When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped after payment is received (or PO approval for members). 

Timing may vary depending on inventory and production cycles.

Express orders placed before 1 PM CST ship same day. Express orders placed after 1 PM CST ship next day. 

Ground orders placed before 2 PM CST ship same day. Ground orders placed after 2 PM CST ship next day.

Are all items kept in stock?

Most high-demand items are stocked. However:

• Some items may be temporarily unavailable due to updates or reprints
• Inventory is actively managed to ensure only current, approved editions are sold
